Mind/Body Fusion with Dawn Sanjek (NJAC) | Dawn’s Pilates mat classes (NJAC) focus on integrating the entire body, rather than exercising each body part separately. It is excellent for improving posture, strength and flexibility and aligning the body correctly. Pilates also teaches coordination, concentration and control of the body. Yoga/Pilates mat suggested.

Body Attack with Sydnee (NJAC) | Sydnee’s Body Attack class (NJAC) is a sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.

Zumba with Bridget Baill | Bridget began teaching Zumba 8 years ago, and it really helps melt stress away. Although Zumba uses dance steps, no previous dance experience is required. Zumba uses Latin and other international music to create a heart-pumping and fun workout. Feel the music and have a great time!

Yoga with Christina (NJAC) | Yoga with Christina (NJAC) is a mind and body practice, flowing through a variety of yoga postures that help improve flexibility and strength, eliminate stress and anxiety, and boost overall well-being. Yoga mat suggested.

Yin Yoga with Sunita Kalapatapu | Sunita’s Yin class is based on Chinese wisdom of meridians. This class is a meditative flow of very few poses, held longer using props (yoga blocks, blankets and belt) to target the body’s connective tissue of the body— ligaments, bones and deep-seated fascia—by improving joint health, emotional wellbeing and energy level.

Bollyfitness with Sonali Bhullar | Sonali’s Live’N’Lyve Bollyfitness is a fueled, fun-filled workout program that’s designed to help you stay healthy and positive, emotionally, mentally, physically—not just to lose weight. Each class starts with a full body warmup and stretching, with upper and lower body conditioning, then gets into lively choreography packed with medium- to fast-paced dance moves, ending with some cool-down stretches.

Hatha Yoga with Sunita Kalapatapu | Sunita’s teaches a traditional Hatha yoga class for improved flexibility, immunity and overall wellbeing. Practice includes gentle warmups followed by yoga asanas (poses) and a sweet savasana to relax, sealing it off with a short session of pranayam/breathwork and meditation at the end to feel calm and grounded.

Zumba with Ruchi Anand | Ruchi has been a Zumba instructor since 2012. Her classes are fun and her music choices are amazing. If you are a newbie, we are sure you will come back for more. “Be intentional and purposeful in whatever you put your mind into.” – Ruchi

Kid’s Martial Arts/Fitness with Vincent Little (AmeriKick) | Vincent’s Martial Arts & Fitness class will go over basic kicking, punching, fitness drills. Bully Defense, jump kicks and some gymnastics.

Body Combat with Daniela & Lisa Body (NJAC) | Combat with Daniela & Lisa combines moves and stances of karate, boxing and taekwondo into an energetic routine. Music and pre-choreography create a fierce, energetic experience that raises fitness levels and reduces fat and cholesterol.
